1-2 tablets per day as directed by the dietician or physician.
Vitamin C more than 2000 mg daily is possibly unsafe and may cause a lot of side effects. These may include kidney stones and severe diarrhoea. In people who have had a kidney stone, amounts greater than 1000 mg daily greatly increase the risk of kidney stone recurrence. Vitamin A greater than 3000 mcg per day can cause liver damage. Vitamin B6 greater than 1000 mg can cause brain & nerve problem while Vitamin B9 greater than 1000 mcg can cause bad taste in the mouth.
