500 MG : Sodium L-Ascorbate 450 mg eq. to L-Ascorbic acid 400 mg, L-Ascorbic acid 100mg.
1000 MG : Sodium L-Ascorbate 900 mg eq. to L-Ascorbic acid 800 mg, L-Ascorbic acid 200mg.
1-2 tablets per day as directed by the dietician or physician.
Vitamin C more than 2000 mg daily is possibly unsafe and may cause a lot of side effects. These may include kidney stones and severe diarrhoea. In people who have had a kidney stone, amounts greater than 1000 mg daily greatly increase the risk of kidney stone recurrence.
