NUESTRA CZ is an effervescent tablet of Vitamin C & Zinc. Vitamin C plays important role as it prevents body cells damage and helps to improve iron absorption that boosts immunity whereas Zinc acts as an antioxidant and prevent cell damage.

Packing : 20 Effervescent tablets in a tube

Ascorbate acid 1000 mg & Zinc Sulfate 10mg.

  • One effervescent tablet per day or as directed by physician.
  • Drop one tablet in 200 ml of water and wait till the effervescent tablet dissolves completely to drink.

Vitamin C more than 2000 mg daily is notably unsafe and may cause a lot of side effects. These may include kidney stones and severe diarrhoea. In people who have had a kidney stone, amounts greater than 1000 mg daily greatly increase the risk of kidney stone recurrence.
