NUZINC – KIDS is a dispersible tablet that contains Zinc Sulfate Monohydrate equivalent to 20mg of elemental zinc. It is indicated for the treatment of diarrhoea along with ORS in children between 6 months to 5 years. Zinc also plays an important role in iron absorption and build immunity for the child.
USP : Dispersible tablet for kids.
Packing : Each box contains 25×10 dispersible tablets in blister pack.
Zinc Sulfate Monohydrate equivalent to 20mg of elemental zinc.
For children (6 months – 5 years) in case of diarrhoea, 1 tablet per day for 10 consecutive days. Put 1 tablet in a spoon add sufficient water to it and let the tablet dissolve. Once the tablet completely dissolves then administer it to the child.
If the child vomit after giving zinc tablet, then wait for 1 hour and if no more vomiting then give the child another dose of zinc.
Zinc supplement may cause vomiting and therefore needs to monitor during administration of first dosage.
