REALVIT

REALVIT is an effervescent tablet of Vitamin C ,Zinc & Vitamin D3. Vitamin C plays important role as it prevents body cells damage and helps to improve iron absorption that boosts immunity, Zinc acts as an antioxidant and is important in the functioning of 2000 enzymes in our body whereas Vitamin D is important to strengthen the bones and overall health of an individual.

Packing : 20 Effervescent tablets in a tube

Ascorbate acid 1000 mg, Zinc Sulfate 10mg & Vitamin D3 400 IU.

  • One effervescent tablet per day or as directed by physician.
  • Drop one tablet in 200 ml of water and wait till the effervescent tablet dissolves completely to drink.

Vitamin C more than 2000 mg daily is notably unsafe and may cause a lot of side effects. These may include kidney stones and severe diarrhoea. In people who have had a kidney stone, amounts greater than 1000 mg daily greatly increase the risk of kidney stone recurrence. Zinc at higher dose provide metallic taste and can cause nausea and vomiting whereas Vitamin D3 above 100 mcg can cause tiredness, loss of appetite and increased urination.
