Sodium Selenite Anhydrous eq. to Selenium 50 mcg / 100 mcg / 200 mcg.

As supplementation 100-200 mcg in BID or QID dose.

An overdose of Selenium above 400 mcg may cause foul breath odour (garlic breath), nail discoloration, brittleness and loss of hair, fatigue, and irritability. Overdose can also cause death therefore should be properly taken at right dosage.
